Carefully repackage the items in their original Cabana box and protective materials to ensure fragile ceramics and textiles are not damaged during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Quality Review and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
